Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a port city, a capital of the Canary Islands and of the Province of Tenerife, all of which make it one of the most important cultural centres of the islands, and, from the Apartamentos Bruja, you have access to all venues without having to get your car out.

Tenerife Auditorium

The Tenerife Auditorium is a work of art in itself, created by architect Calatrava, and an endless variety of cultural events takes place there, including concerts , opera and ballet, etc. by the most renowned companies in the world. A place to visit, photograph and, if you find a performance that you like, don´t hesitate to buy a ticket, as seeing any event in one of its concert halls is an experience in itself.

Guimerá Theatre

The Guimerá Theatre was, on the other hand, the pinnacle of venues in terms of cultural events on the Island, and, after a long period of renovation, has recently reopened with a refreshed appearance and a first class list of forthcoming attractions. The most important plays in Spain, well-known comedians and other cultural events generally include this theatre in their programme, one of the jewels of the city and located in one of the most popular parts of the city centre for restaurants and a night out in Santa Cruz, Calle La Noria and the surrounding area.

Cine Victor

A recent addition to the cultural offering in Santa Cruz is the Cine Victor, located about 10 minutes´ walk from the Edificio Bruja, or if you take the tram, at the La Paz tram stop, the venue has been adapted for the performance of all kinds of music, (from rock to Canarian folk music or other alternative music) and it also has a commitment to popular comedy  theatre. It is the icon of popular culture in the capital of Tenerife with an auditorium that comes up with surprises time and again.
